Even though Mobio was founded in 2017, by 2021, it still had minimal digital presence. There was a time when customers had a hard time finding Mobio online. I joined the team over two years ago and turned things around. I transformed the company's online presence, reaching a wider audience and boosting organic traffic.

SEO & Website
Background
Mobio currently lacks dedicated tools for measuring digital performance. SEO has not been a priority, resulting in low organic traffic. In fact, when I joined in 2021, the company only had a basic WordPress website with no SEO or digital strategy in place. I rebuilt the website as V2.0 in late 2022 and further upgraded it with V3.0 in early 2024, giving the company a new, more professional, yet user-friendly face.
Achievements
​🚀 Built the website from scratch, growing traffic to 20,000 visits per year, surpassing local competitors (data from Similarweb).
🚀 Increased organic traffic: Total website visitors increased by 143.6%, with organic search traffic rising by 193.7% in one year.
🚀 Increased average time on page by 42.9%, with an average duration of 1m49s, higher than the SaaS B2B benchmark (1m37s).
🚀 Successfully ranked 40 keywords in the top 5 purely through organic content.
🚀 In the first eight months of 2024, the conversion rate for customers contacting sales was 0.9%. However, during peak months, this rate was higher, averaging one lead every four days that relied solely on organic methods without ads.
Lead generation
Background
Attracting leads is one of the most practical and crucial tasks in marketing. My lead generation strategy relies entirely on organic search. Despite the limitations of this approach, the number of leads attracted through organic search is still quite significant.
Achievements
🚀 Over 1.5 years, I attracted 113 MQLs. Please notice that our company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) consists of large enterprises with over 1,000 employees, making the conversion process more challenging to ensure lead quality.
🚀 Notable names such as MBBank discovered our company entirely through organic search and invited us to become their training speaker on CDP as they enjoy our digital knowledge hub. Other leads that found us organically can be named KFC, Fujifilm, VNPOST, Yuanta Securities, Cocolux, Nhà Ở Ngay, The IELTS Workshop, Dr. Thành SÆ¡n, and Vinh Gia Pharmaceuticals and so on.
🚀 Particularly impressive is that since July 1, 2024, nearly 50 businesses have registered to use our product purely through organic search, without any advertising budget.


Content marketing
Background
Content is the digital world’s storyteller. It’s what connects brands with people, builds trust, and drives action. Without it, digital marketing would be a silent movie. Therefore I use content as a central for my digital strategy

🚀 In total, I wrote approximately 50 long-form posts (1,500 to 5,000 words) for the website, not to mention various copywriting for landing pages and short use case descriptions.

Background
Email marketing is the primary channel for engaging with our existing customers. While we don’t send a large volume of emails, the ones we do send are highly thoughtful and well-crafted. This results in very high open and click-through rates. Our emails are particularly capturing the attention of C-level executives, who consistently prioritize opening and reading them.

Social media is not typically a strength for B2B companies, especially niche ones like my company. However, through focused management and consistent posting, social media efforts have significantly boosted website traffic and increased social media engagement considerably over the nearly 2 years I have managed it.
